Electro Harmonix 1978 Electric Mistress w/Paia Ring Modulator circuit Not Workin

Here we have quite the oddball.   A vintage 1978 Electro Harmonix Electric Mistress Flanger Chassis with a PAIA CA-9 ring modulator circuit board inside.  The pedal is Not Working.  We hooked it up and it passes dry signal but not effected signal.  The chassis is in great shape by itself.  The pots date to 1978.  The jacks are broken and missing their threads but still work which is how we got signal through it. There are the letters PVN painted on the bottom.  There are no chassis screws. This was constructed DIY style.  The PAIA circuits were available as kits and you could assemble them in an enclosure.  Unfortunately the enclosure the previous owner used happens to be a vintage flanger. Bummer.    So now we have a non working pedal in a great looking chassis.  Maybe a project for the pedal builder or tinkerer??  Or maybe replace your worn out Electric Mistress chassis for this one..
